I'm afraid of what the scale will say. I think I'm gonna try and cut way back the rest of the week and go light on the alcohol for new years.

Couple lbs down. Running more, eating better, and gave up beer(sort of).

Pretty much the same here. Fiance has us doing this "whole 30" diet all through Feb so I'm expecting to drop several pounds this month. Also looking for a muay Thai gym to start exercising again.

Updated the percentages. Bunnylover has jumped out to a slight lead with the help of this whole 30 diet we have been doing all month.
