So when you get the tire changer up and running what will the forum discount rate be?

I am assuming with all the holidays lately that people may be a tad bit wary of what their scales might say. I'm expectin everyone to get back on the regular track come january. :poke:

I keep trying to remember how much better I will feel, and how much better (and faster!) I will be out on the track, to keep myself motivated. However I can't seem to get passed being depressed overall and I've just been really down. I feel too tired to wake up to exercise...which means I'm not making any progress. I'm not sleeping at night and I'm not sure why, so I think I'm sunk until i figure that out.

This is the first winter I think I've actually gone through a depressive episode because I miss riding. Now I understand what Shagz goes through every year just a bit better!!

How is everyone doing so far through the Holidays? I gained two pounds during our Minnesota trip, so I consider that a win. Due to a current eye condition, I won't be consuming copious amounts of alcohol new year's eve like I had planned, so that should help too.

Gained only a pound, but I've got my workouts planned, so hopefully I'll be back on track soon.
