What did you do to your bike today?

If it's on two wheels, it goes here.

Does buying a new helmet count?

Installed Sato Racing Hooks for a low profile rear tie-down location. Wasn't a fan of the huge passenger pegs.

Had a productive weekend... Did a bunch of vinyl work on the R1 -- wrapped up a fair bit of the lower fairing to cover up a ton of existing rock chips and protect against more. Got stickers sorted for this year's sponsors and got the rest of my number plates changed over to white. Sanded down the primer on the new set of Armour Bodies for the SV, hung my paint booth again, and started spraying. Then my latest parts order came in, so I finished capping off the evap system and started putting things back together on the SV. About a month to go... :banana-dance:

Peeled off all the plasti-dip on my race bodywork so that we can spray paint.

And by "we", I mean Shagz. :whip:

Productive weekend on the SV here...

More cleaning, finished bleeding the front brakes (a bit of a saga, but they're awesome now ), flushed/bled the rear brakes (holy hell I cannot believe how much air was in there ), installed new chain & sprockets, mounted new shock, installed the ebay powercommander, installed quickshifter, cleaned & recharged air filter, installed a new fuel pump in the freshly-painted tank, mounted the tank and connected everything up, did some more safety wiring.

Bike fires and runs again....ran like SHIT when I first fired it up, turns out there was a map on the PC for U4.4 race gas, ran much better when I zeroed out the map

It's rideable at this point, just need to do fluid changes and a few odds & ends to be race-ready. T minus two weeks :banana-rock:
