Apparently his throttle got stuck open at 27%. He ended up with several broken bones. Really bad luck.

That was a pretty wicked one. Suzuka doesn't have a ton of runoff in a lot of spots either...glad he didn't find that part out the hard way.
With enough profanity, you can accomplish anything.
